Sevvai dosham on both sides

The one question every family asks next: if both sides carry Sevvai dosham, does it cancel? The rule is old and the texts answer it plainly, and this reads it against both charts — after each chart's own fourteen classical exceptions have already been applied, so a pair is never told their doshams cancel when one of the two was never standing. Four outcomes and only one of them is a cancellation. It adds nothing to a porutham score, offers no remedy, and does not re-raise a one-sided dosham that the Sevvai report has already explained.
