The birth star first, with its pada and the mahadasha the child is born into, then the charts and the positions. It carries no dosham check — that is free on the dosham page and will still be there in twenty years, when it is a question somebody is actually asking. It is not a birth announcement.

If you are not certain, give your best guess — the chart will tell you whether the doubt actually changes anything.
Start typing and the list will suggest. Longitude sets the sidereal time, so the city genuinely matters — a few hundred kilometres moves the ascendant by about a degree. If your town is not listed, choose the nearest city.
Used only for grammar: several Indian languages change the verb form. Leave blank and the text is written to avoid it.
