Mithuna (Gemini) rasi palan today — Saturday, 2027 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14

Times for Chennai, Tamil Nadu · Change town

As at 9 am

A mixed day

Some things move easily, some need a second push.

Chandra (Moon) 7th from your sign helps marriage and partnerships; Surya (Sun) 2nd asks care with money and family.

The prayer of the day: Visit a Shani sannidhi on a Saturday — Thirunallar if you can get there, or the Navagraha shrine in any large temple, where Saturn stands in his own corner. Light a sesame-oil lamp if the temple sells them and leave it at that. A visit is a visit; nothing needs to be bought and no pooja needs to be booked.

How this is worked out

Each of the nine grahas is placed in a sign, and counted as a house from yours. Classical gochara says which of those placements help and which resist. The Moon carries the day because it changes sign every two and a quarter days; Saturn is background, because it has been saying the same thing for two years and cannot be why today differs from yesterday.
